Which other devices could be used to receive data from the parking bay?
Cameras are a valid detection system that allows you to receive data and insert them into our Smart Parking Systems.
In the commercial installations we have made, we have always evaluated the most advantageous opportunity for our client, who according to the type of territory must use an appropriate technology.
An example is the case of open spaces that are not covered by obstacles which therefore offer good visibility of the manned area: in this case we recommend using the camera.
Why not visible sensors or flush sensors?
- can be damaged by vandalism:
- can create problems for pedestrians, cycles, motorcycles;
- the aesthetic impact may conflict;
- difficult road maintenance;
- asphalting is impossible.
