Definition of “personal data”

 

For the purposes of this Policy, “personal data” – as better specified in Article 4 of the Code – means “any information relating to a natural person, legal person, body or association, identified or identifiable, even indirectly, by reference to any other information, including a personal identification number “.

This Privacy Policy applies to personal data collected through the Intercomp website (www.intercomp.it) and / or e-mail boxes of the Company. This does not apply to personal data collected on an “off-line” basis, except in cases where such personal data are combined with other personal data collected by Intercomp online.

Furthermore, this does not apply to other websites owned by third parties, which can be accessed through hypertext links, due to the fact that Intercomp does not manage and does not control the content of such sites.

The following personal data may be collected by Intercomp through its website: name, surname, address, e-mail address, information grouped solely for statistical purposes during the site consultation process, other information provided voluntarily by the user through the online registration procedures or the completion of specific fields, forms, information aimed at improving and facilitating the navigation of the site.

Method of treatment

 

The Data Controller processes the Personal Data of Users by adopting appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification or destruction of Personal Data.
Processing is carried out using IT and / or telematic tools, with organizational methods and with logic strictly related to the purposes indicated. In addition to the Data Controller, in some cases, the Data may have access to the Data subjects of the persons involved in the organization of the site (administrative, commercial, marketing, legal, system administrators) or external subjects (as suppliers of third party technical services, postal couriers, hosting providers, IT companies, communication agencies) also appointed, if necessary, Data Processors by the Data Controller. Intercomp processes and collects personal data online through its website or other e-mail address of the Company; these treatments are carried out, in a mainly automated way, in the following ways.

Data released voluntarily by users

Intercomp collects personal information and other data that are entered in the registration forms or released in the form fields of the website, as well as forwarded to the Company by e-mail. Such data may concern information necessary to provide the services requested by the interested party (eg Newsletter) and / or to contact the interested party (name, postal address, e-mail address, telephone number, user ID and password), or even the date of birth, professional credentials and interests of the user.

Browsing data collected through the use of electronic tools

The Intercomp website does not use technologies such as cookies or similar for the purpose of collecting and / or transmitting personal data of users. Intercomp uses these technologies exclusively for the purpose of obtaining statistical information on the use of the website (eg total number of visitors on the site, number of visitors per single web page, name of the source domain of the internet service provider of visitors). In particular, the use of cookies is strictly limited to the transmission of information related to the user’s session, which is of fundamental importance for the safe and efficient browsing of the website. Furthermore, the use of these cookies strictly excludes the use of other technologies that could compromise the privacy of the users and does not allow the acquisition of personal identification data.

Intercomp does not use persistent cookies of any kind.

Purpose of the collection

The Data concerning the User is collected to allow the Owner to provide its services, as well as for the following purposes: Analytics, Management of user databases, Address management and sending of email messages, Content comment, Remarketing and behavioral targeting and Interaction with social networks and external platforms.

The types of Personal Data used for each purpose are indicated in the specific sections of this document.

Intercomp uses personal data collected online for the purpose of offering products and services, checking the authorized access system to monitor data security, evaluating job submissions submitted by candidates (CV); only on specific request of the interested party, through the online registration form, Intercomp submits offers of a commercial nature and promotes marketing initiatives through its own “Newsletter”. Intercomp, as “Holder” of the related processing, informs that the data referred to in the subject will be processed and used exclusively for the purposes outlined in this Privacy Policy.

Communication and / or disclosure of personal data

Personal data will be accessible to the Intercomp organs and employees, formally appointed as Trustees or Data Processors. The use and transmission of personal data by external individuals and organizations acting on behalf of Intercomp are governed by contracts that provide for an adequate level of protection of personal data. This type of services allows you to make interactions with social networks, or other external platforms, directly from the pages of this application.

Use of Google Adwords

We also use Google Conversion Tracking, a service of analysis by Google Inc. Data Protection

In accordance with the Regolamento (UE) 2016/679 , Intercomp guarantees that processing using electronic means is carried out by minimizing the use of personal data and identification data, limiting their use to cases where they are strictly necessary for the achievement of the purposes for which they were collected.

Intercomp also guarantees the adoption and compliance with specific security measures to prevent data loss, possible illicit or incorrect use of the same and unauthorized access. User data will be archived by Intercomp up to any cancellation order by the interested party, including data whose retention is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which they were collected, in compliance with the rights established in the Regolamento (UE) 2016/679  .

It is the responsibility of each individual user in charge to guarantee and verify the ownership and custody of their passwords and the corresponding access codes to web resources. Consent to the processing of personal data Intercomp processes the data of its users / customers only with the consent of the same.
